My stay at the hotel was enjoyable overall, with a warm and inviting atmosphere, and an excellent location near the downtown mall. The staff was accommodating, and my room was well-appointed and comfy. However, some aspects of the service could use improvement, particularly regarding responsiveness during my two-week stay. I particularly appreciated the great dining options and the quality of the breakfast offered, though I wish my requests were handled a bit more smoothly during my time there.
